One thing you should know – these posts are not paid promotions. I only write about activities and destinations I can enthusiastically endorse. I will be honest — if a restaurant is too noisy for a business lunch or a museum isn’t right for kids of a certain age, I’ll let you know. About Carol White Llewellyn
I grew up in the Finger Lakes region and, from the first time my family took a trip to the Saint Laurence Seaway when I was five, I’ve been a fan of travel.
During college, I lived in Paris and traveled throughout Europe. Upon return, I jettisoned a job in retailing and moved from Philadelphia to New York City, by way of Washington State. After more than 20 years in New York where I planned, organized and marketed events as part of my job at a trade association (which exercised my travel bug ), my husband, our daughters and I moved back to the Finger Lakes region where I share my favorite regional adventures and experiences with my readers, as well as our travels beyond the Finger Lakes..
